Project Management and Coordination

• A dedicated project manager will be assigned for the duration of the project
• Project schedule and status report to Motorola on a weekly basis
• Coordinate installation with appropriate trades that the installation is dependent on for completion
• Single point of contact for GC will be assigned
• PM will attend all required status and safety meetings
• PM will schedule weekly project calls for the duration of the project
• Ensures cleanliness of the work environment

Design

• RADIO ONE will provide all RF engineering services necessary to support ongoing construction.
• Creation of iBwave designs for on air systems are based on documents provided.
• Data Collection
• Pre-and post-baseline data collection for public safety and Disney 2-way radio technologies will be performed
• Documentation and testing will be performed and provided for AHJ approval and sign off for CO

Integration and Commissioning

• Experienced in integrating large multi-sector systems for stadiums, arenas, university campuses, hospitals, office buildings, malls, subways, and high security buildings. The following will be performed for successful commissioning:

• Antenna functionality testing
• Headend RF loss measurements
• Baseline noise measurements and calibration
• RF power measurements
• RF validation testing
